Chick-fil-a - Rowlett

Food was excellent. It’s always great. Drive thru service however was awful. Waited in line for 25 minutes. At one point every car in both lines from the delivery window all the way back to the order takers had their orders delivered, but we were all held up by the front vehicles with big orders instead of having them pull to the side. Many of us were finished eating our orders before we even left the drive thru. Food: 5

Love their chicken sandwich. I drove thru the drive thru to get me and my Mom one. I think everyone loves them. They had to put more lines to go thru to fit all the people that drive thru there. I was unaware of their construction until I was in line an ordered. Service was slow and food was cold. That has never happened at Chic fi la before. Will return AFTER they complete construction.
