Contribuisci feedbackI’m not sure what’s going on with the staff lately, but this is the sixth mix-up I’ve encountered, and it's going to be my last visit. I come here nearly every day and consistently order the same two drinks, but they’ve been getting it wrong lately. They often interrupt while I'm ordering, and even though I ask them to repeat my order back to me and they do it correctly, it still ends up wrong. Unfortunately, today was my final visit to this location.
The cold brew tasted very watery, so I asked the barista to make me a new one. I appreciated this gesture, especially since it was $5. Unfortunately, the second cup tasted just as bland. When I drove away, there was no "thank you" or "have a nice day," which left me with a negative impression overall.
The coffee is fantastic! The food is wonderful, and the service was exceptional too!
Every time I go to this place, I can easily grab a delicious latte and an Everything Bagel sandwich in under five minutes. There’s no need to waste time waiting in line at Starbucks—just drive right past! A huge shoutout to the friendly staff, who have made my experience fantastic from the very start!
I haven't even taken a sip yet, and this is all I got for $6.50. I understand that the portion will be smaller without ice, but this is truly disappointing. I won't be returning.
