No Customer Service at all. Always the staff is on the Mobile Phone and not talking to the customers. No greeting, No emotions nothing. I have been going to this Service station almost over 15 years. However, for the last few years I have been experiencing arrogant, dead customer service and the service station is dirty. Now I go all the way to BP Service Station on the corner of High Street and Stud Rd corner. Or try the Ampol on the Stud Rd to experience good customer service.
Time waster, unhelpful staff.There was a promotion of $10 for any of 2 sausage rolls or spinach ricotta rolls and any of 2 V 250ml or coca cola/Pepsi 600ml .I visited there today (10/06/22 around 1.20pm).When I asked 2 spinach rolls to get the deal, the female staff said it 's not included and when I grabbed 2 of coke 600ml, the staff said again it 's not included.I read the sign for her and she still doesn 't believe me.I had to go back and forth a few times to check and show the sign to her and explain to her.On the top of that her manner was not kind at all.There was no apologies during this time wasting unpleasant experience.They need to train their staff better than this.
Terrible customer service. Rude female staff member talking on her phone. No acknowledgment no greeting. Wouldn’t get off her phone to serve me . I was paying cash kept pointing to eftpos machine. Had to tell he 5 times I was paying cash. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to talk to people. Not the first time staff are on their phone when serving.
Filled petrol last week. My car 's average full tank is 40L average. So it should be $60 plus or minus. The female staff at counter asked me the pump number then very next second she said No.6 I double checked through window and I said yes. She kept the eftpos machine ready and said 'When you ready . My mobile was taking few seconds to open the app. She again repeated I was rushing then I paid and went. Later I checked, she charged $153.17. Was Shocked and I went to the shop after 3 days and explained and provided all evidence. She rang and gave her mobile and said manager on line. he was cross questioning me in many ways. Then he asked me to call later. Was so unprofessional. I gave my Name, Contact number, Paid date, Time, Vehicle number and asked him to check all their cameras and asked him to repay my money. It is already 10 days. Till now no information. It means They don 't care. Just neglecting and insulting the customer. It is clearly understood it is a fraudulent business by overcharging the customer and neglecting the complaint and not returning the money back to the customer. Legal action will teach them. Customers please check your payment before you pay in this shop.
