Subway - Rowville

The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The sandwich I ordered was made by Skye and was drenched in sauce. When I asked for it to be remade, I was treated poorly and the workers were smirking at each other. Customer service should leave the customer with a positive experience, but this was the worst service I have ever encountered. It was completely unacceptable and disgraceful. The workers need more training to understand how to properly work in customer service. Skye's attitude was shocking. I will never be returning to this restaurant and I advise others to stay away.

I have had two experiences with Lysterfield Subway and both were amazing. The first was when I was at Nandos next door a while ago and witnessed a customer being rude to a worker at Subway. The store owner stepped in and defended the worker, ultimately kicking the rude customer out. The second experience was today when I ordered through Menulog. They accidentally sent me a 6-inch sub instead of a footlong, but when I called to let them know, they remade the order and personally delivered it to my house. The same guy who made the delivery was very apologetic. The customer service was fantastic and the store owner's actions were commendable. I highly recommend this Subway location. Service: Delivery.
