Neis is consistently excellent, with friendly staff and a calm atmosphere. My favorite treat is a half cup of chocolate ice cream with cheesecake mixed in. Delicious!

The restaurant had a very clean atmosphere and the staff, particularly the girls, were extremely helpful. They were especially patient with my daughter who was unsure of what she wanted to order. I wanted to express my gratitude for their kindness, it really made a difference to us!

I ordered a gallon of ice cream for my family, as I only live 2 minutes away from the restaurant. When I got home, instead of ice cream, I received soup. I also ordered 2 flavors but only received 1. The wait for the ice was lengthy and the overall experience was very disappointing.

The personal was nice, waffeln cone rust super (but had not one), but 2 of 5 different flavors we were a bloomy. the milk chocolate was firm, the vanilla beans and sweet sawn were quite generic, the sorbet was over sweet, and the mint tasted like a circumference mouthwashing. overall it was okay if they want something simple, it's a great place to support the local business, but I wouldn't look too far past chocolate or vanilla.

I stopped in sometime last fall to treat my granddaughter and myself. We were the only two people in the shop so we decided to stay and eat our ice cream cones there. The ice cream was amazing and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. When I wanted to surprise a family member with an ice cream cake for her birthday a few weeks ago, I called the store to see what they had. The employee I spoke with was extremely helpful. He repeated the descriptions of each ice cream cake more than once and was so patient with me. After finally choosing one (they all sounded delicious I asked them to hold it for me and I gave them my name. Sure enough, three hours later when I went to pick it up it was still there. My whole family enjoyed the ice cream cake (we added the candles). I've been here twice now and I'll definitely be back!
