Del Taco - Roy

Believe it or not, I find myself heading to Del Taco just for their cheeseburgers. They've been consistently amazing for the past 20 years. While the recipe is simple, it's always executed perfectly. Although prices have gone up over the years, the taste has remained excellent! The service was quick and friendly. Even though the cheeseburgers usually take a little longer to prepare, they’re always worth the wait.

This is my favorite Del Taco location. The staff here is fantastic, especially Sue, who stands out for her excellent service. I believe Del Taco offers the freshest and most flavorful food among fast-food taco places, all at a great value. If you're in the Roy area and craving fast-food tacos, this Del Taco is the best choice.

I had an exceptional experience with customer service during my recent visit, thanks to Ivan. He went above and beyond to confirm my order three times, and his friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Ivan truly provides top-notch customer service and deserves recognition for his hard work!

I really enjoy Del Taco, but this particular location has some issues. The drive-thru wait times are consistently long, usually around 20 to 30 minutes, and there's a curb that makes it difficult to leave once you're in line. I wouldn't normally write a review, but I found something slimy in my milkshake. I rinsed it off to examine it more closely, and I'm fairly certain it's raw chicken.
