Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Today, I returned to pick up more pizza and mentioned my previous bad experience to an employee. He offered some half-hearted excuses and an apology, but there was no effort to rectify the situation. I will have to reconsider my pizza choices going forward; they used to care, but it seems they no longer do. In today's uncertain market, customer service should be a priority, not an afterthought.

Never had a bad pizza from them unless I burned it.

Always friendly So a year ago this place was great. Tonight's pizza was a total disappointment and I don't know if I will go there again. I pre-ordered and first off they forgot the salad, so I had to wait while they made it. I know teens are teens, but they were talking to each other more than paying attention to what they were doing. My pizza had very little toppings, It was mostly crust and the sauce was very scarce. Service needs to change or they will end up with no customers. 11/2/2022

Happy National S'mores Day! We thoroughly enjoyed our s'mores dessert pizza after indulging in a delicious chicken bacon stuffed pizza. The staff at the Roy location were fantastic—very friendly and quick in getting us our order.

The hamburger pizza was fantastic! I was initially unsure about having pickles on a pizza, but they actually made it taste amazing!
