Rancherito's Mexican Food - Roy

I used to love this restaurant, but recently it has really gone downhill. I ordered my usual carne asada fry burrito without guacamole (due to an allergy), but they put it on anyways. This led to a trip to the hospital for a shot. When I called the store to address the issue, I was rudely spoken to by a young man on the phone who refused to let me speak to management. This lack of customer service and attentiveness to their job is unacceptable. Service: 1star.

Places like this will stay open forever because of there fast, fresh, and packed full options! I don't know many high end Mexican restaurants that can do it better so consistently. I really enjoy the food at this restaurant and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I usually get takeout for dinner and the price per person is around $10 to $20. The food is delicious, I would rate it a 5, the service is great, I would rate it a 4, and the atmosphere is also fantastic, I would rate it a 5. I highly recommend trying the Carne Asada Fries.
