Buffalo Wild Wings - Royal Oak

This Buffalo Wild Wings location is truly stunning! The high ceilings with modern wooden slats, hundreds of LED lights, and around 40 LED screens create a vibrant atmosphere. The music is a nice pop mix, at a volume that allows for conversation without making you want to shout to be heard—quite a relief compared to many other sports bars these days. The food is excellent; I’ve never had a bad wing at B-Dubs. My only minor disappointment compared to other locations is that they don't offer "all drumsticks" as an option; you have to take the mix they prepare. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service was impressively fast! I highly recommend this place!

When I inquired about the policy and tried to explain our situation, the door supervisor claimed to be the highest authority there. He then made a troubling comment, suggesting that because I questioned the policy, I was somehow the problem for all Black people. I had simply asked if the policy was set by human beings, and it escalated from there. He became aggressive, making gestures that felt threatening. This entire negative experience stemmed from my brother forgetting his ID in the car. It’s disheartening to be treated this way. We are all human, and I would really like to speak to the management team about this incident.

Second time coming here. The first time was awful, but I chalked it up to a bad night and decided to give it another try. Took forever for the waiter to come by and take our drink order. Took forever for us to get our food. Our appetizer came with the rest of our food and none of it was hot! He checked on us once the entire time. It's safe to say we're done with this location.

Jasmine gave us great service. Came in for a work lunch break. She made sure our food was up and that we had time to eat it. The meal was delicious!

Expensive, but very good. Waitress was awesome, food was awesome. My first time eating there. One of the best meals I've had in a restaurant. I dined with Amish people unfortunately they don't tip well but I Hope the waitress knows she was appreciated.
