I booked a reservation for 2 at 11:45 on Open Table. When I arrived at 11:40, a number of people waited for placement. My reservation was not honored, and I was told that I had to wait 45 minutes to take a seat. The host said they don't honor reservations by Open Table. Turn away in the middle of the night after all the other companies have closed for the evening was unprofessional and displayed bad customer service.

A reservation through the open table a few days before, because my friend calls up at the hospital and not eating much time, but it was his birthday dinner so that we tried to work it. We came to the restaurant and told them that we had a reservation, they said they did not make reservations because they “do not even know they were set up”. You should not be able to make a reservation if they do not accept it. Not sure what an apology that is, but we immediately left because they were rude about the whole situation and we also had no time to wait the hour to get a table at that time. I was written to confirm my reservation also via an open table, which was frustrating. I'll never get back to this Buffalo Wild Wings site.

Great!!! It is our favorite place to dinate as a family!!! And we will make it a family tradition

Being turned away late at night when most other places were already closed was unprofessional and showed a lack of good customer service.

I made a reservation on OpenTable a few days in advance for my friend's birthday dinner, as he was on call at the hospital and had limited time to eat. When we arrived at the restaurant and informed them of our reservation, they told us they weren't honoring reservations because they were unsure of their setup. It was frustrating to have made a reservation ahead of time only to be turned away. The staff was also rude about the situation, so we decided to leave as we didn't have an hour to wait for a table. Additionally, receiving a confirmation text from OpenTable added to the frustration. I will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.
