Jimmy John's - Royal Oak

Always a great place to eat when they want to eat fresh, but they don't want to spend more than 10-15.00 on a meal! overall satisfied with how they both keep the load and how fast the food is prepared!

Good stuff, but my carry out wasn't quite ready when I got there and delivery sometimes takes 30-40 mins (not exactly freaky fast). Also they've been out of chips for weeks...??

I am doing two stars because unlike most of the complaints here delivery is not the problem for me. It has been freaky fast for me on that. The problem I am having is actually simple ones they keep repeating. I ask to have the sandwiches cut in half of 4 times ordering it has happened once. I have ordered drinks twice. Got a straw once. Ask for mayo packets and napkins. I have never gotten them once. If your not gonna include them when asked why bother asking if you want them? I have complained on Google no response fof the restaurant. I love Jimmy John's but quality control in Royal Oak is lacking. Somebody needs to fix this quickly.

This Jimmy johns is definitely not freaky fast. Takes them over an hour to deliver one sandwich not even a mile away. Don't waste your time

I didn’t intend on leaving a review because I was trying to be graceful about their slow delivery time, but it’s AWFUL.First time: we tried ordering through DoorDash. Order kept getting pushed back with no explanation. We decided to order through the JJ app in case that order got cancelled. No…they just arrived at the same time about an hour later.Fast forward to now. I place an order at 4:09pm on the app for two subs: turkey tom and JJBLT (both of which come with mayo)…at 4:48pm, I get a call from a worker who says they got a bunch of orders at once, they only have one driver, but he only has two more stops and should be arriving in about 15-30 minutes.Well, finally, at 5:39pm, we receive our sandwiches. My JJBLT of which has no mayonnaise. I’m pretty disappointed, especially considering I spoke to someone in the meanwhile. People don’t order Jimmy Johns for the food to be freaky late and wrong.
