While mistakes happen, and not everyone is perfect, my expectation is that if something is wrong, hear me out, help make it right. We ordered dinner for 3. Tom yum, Chicken fried rice: garlic fried rice, Mild+ and one Mild. Now I 'm sitting at home trying to get flavor on one of my Mild+ dishes with salt, pepper, crunchy garlic umami topping from home. There was an obvious difference between the dishes. different toppings. different colors, much different taste. I called to let them know perhaps someone forgot to fully prep the chicken fried rice dish, and to get a replacement. The response was yes, I make all the rice, it 's all correct . The tom yum tastes like lemon concentrate. Very sour, with a bit of spice. My fiance was not able to even attempt to finish it. She couldn 't get past 2 spoons. Needless to say, they didn 't want to help. Didn 't care that anything could be wrong. Seemed like they were more concerned with being right than getting it right. I understand it was the end of the night, but that is no excuse. I expect poor service and bad food from KFC if it 's right before close, not from here. I 'm beyond disappointed. Frustrated. Worst of all, hungry. This learning lesson cost almost $55.
I used to order from this place a fried rice mild, never had a problem with the level of spiciness. It 's been twice now that I order and the mild option is so spicy ! And unfortunately on their website there is no no spice option. Second time I ordered I even left a comment asking nicely if they could put just a tiny bit of spice...didn 't make any difference and I did not enjoy my meal. Won 't order there anymore ...
I’ve been coming here the past couple months for their curry and crab Rangoon. All past experiences were good. I introduced my cousin to the restaurant today and Thai food for the first time my cousin decided to order something safe like chicken kabobs. Then he asked me if he could order something else because we were actually rushing to make it somewhere. I could hear the cashier talking in the back, I paid it no mind but it was apparently embarrassing for us to have a bite of my takeout while we were waiting for his curry order in the restaurant, where not a single customer was dining in at the time. My cousin is 18 years old and he decided to buy the curry after he tasted mine. The cashier asking us not to eat inside the restaurant is one thing, but I didn’t appreciate the way of how we were spoken to as if we weren’t aware we ordered takeout. I think it was more embarrassing how I received the wrong amount of change from the cashier when I gave her $50 bill for a $20 order, and only received $8 back. I didn’t make a big deal out of it nor the fact that my curry has no spice to it at all when I requested medium plus but that’s OK. We won’t ever embarrass them again.
Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area! The food is always delicious, and service is friendly and prompt.
A new to me Thai restaurant. It's almost noon, let's go. The building is unusual, multiple businesses with a central hall accessible from the east or west end. A small version of a mall. Six booths and two tables welcome you. Menus are under the glass top of the tables, I like that, efficient hygienic. Decided on Massaman shrimp curry. Comes with a cup of hot and sour soup. Great starter for a February lunch. I tried joking with the person who brought my food (as I usually do) but she was not a receptive audience. The food was delicious, and a good quantity, as well. Lunch portions are between $10 $11.00, dinners run $13 14.00. The vibe was a little more sterile than I prefer but it wouldn't slow me down in return thoughts at all.
