Applebee's - Royal Palm Beach

The service at this restaurant was top-notch. I tried the onion rings, which were served with a delicious BBQ sauce. Unfortunately, the steak I ordered was overcooked and tough. I wish I had ordered the ribs instead. The restaurant was clean, but the person who seated us seemed uninterested. Our waitress, on the other hand, was attentive and friendly. Overall, the service was excellent and I would consider going back, but I would opt for the ribs over the steak next time.

It was a satisfactory experience. I observed that the pasta was warm, but the burger was hot. It seemed as though the pasta was not freshly made and had been waiting for the burger to finish cooking. Despite this, I didn't want to complain so I just finished my meal. The service from Draven as our host and Richard as our server was excellent. The customer service is likely the primary reason I would consider returning to this restaurant, along with possibly trying out their drinks.

We absolutely loved the food and customer service at this restaurant. Our waitress, Cassandra, was fantastic! She was very attentive and friendly, always with a smile. The food and drinks were delicious and arrived at our table faster than we anticipated. We can't wait to come back again!

There are many choices on the menu to cater to different appetites! The soup and salad for a late evening meal, as well as the chicken strip salad, were the perfect portions and very tasty.

The food was decent. I noticed that the pasta was warm, while the chicken was actually hot. This made me think that the pasta may not have been fresh or it had been sitting out waiting for the chicken to finish cooking. Although I didn't want to complain, I still ate it. Draven was a fantastic host and Richard was a great server. The excellent customer service is likely the only reason I would consider returning, along with perhaps the drinks.
