We were pleasantly surprised with a visit to Cha-cha. There was a moment that we considered not staying when told there may be a longer than normal wait for food but after receiving the gyoza appetizer and then taking our first bite of our meals, we both agreed we made the correct choice to stay. Flavor, temperature, doneness, and freshness were on point. The service was attentive, and informative but relaxed. The atmosphere is lacking but the food makes up for it. I will drive the 25 miles again soon to enjoy and share this find with others. You should too. Phenomenal Ramen, easily the best place to get it in town, especially with the spicy broth.
