Papa John's Pizza - Royal Palm Beach

The food was great, the service needs some improvement.

Waited two hours because they don't bother to check special instructions, used the wrong phone number and expected to give me cold pizza. The cashier was friendly and tried to accommodate us, but the manager demanded that we pay the full price because we refused two hours old pizza when they made the mistake and still never get. Would never go back.

You have to hire people who answer phones that can speak fluently. Always have trouble ordering.

The pizza was good, but I think the workers need to carry headdress and gloves through the corona, if they don't need them and shapes of jewelry on there hands that can pick up like fluffs, dust and hair overall I give him a 5

Double charged for pizza.. cashier stated, The first charge didn't go threw. go figure! ???
