We got a cup of coffee on our way to work from a different location. It was cold, so we stopped at this location to see if they would replace it, they said it had to be bought at that location and we had to pay for another cup of coffee when he didn’t even drink the first one. Con: They seem to run out of popular/seasonal drinks often compared to other stores. Pros: I usually order from here through the app about once a week. With the exception of 1 time months ago (a passive aggressive staff member who maybe had a bad morning), it's always been a pleasant experience. I usually get a shaken oatmilk espresso w/chai or apple crisp and the staff here make it perfect. I notice the difference right away when I order at other locations, so this is my go to.
