Mcdonald's - Royston

What do you want me to say? it is a mcdonald’s. not bad, and my first mcplant went well down.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with seasoned mayo and luckily parked nearby to enjoy it. When I opened my burger, I was greeted with a surprise! I decided to see the humor in it, and thankfully, the staff did too. They quickly replaced it with the correct fresh burger and even offered me a complimentary McFlurry for the inconvenience. If I had eaten this meal somewhere else, I would probably rate it two stars, but their great service really made a difference!

A beautiful young man greeted us at the entrance, and he was very helpful. The staff were flawless. The milkshake was fantastic – definitely a must-try. We only had a picnic this time, so we didn't get to sample the food from the kitchen. There was plenty of parking space available, although the drive-thru line was quite long. They might need to address that. Overall, a pleasant experience!

At McDonald's, you always know what to expect before you even step inside. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which is typical for this chain. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and despite the busy atmosphere, our food arrived quickly and hot. You can always rely on McDonald's to deliver. Definitely deserving of five stars!
