One of the amazing hotels I did visit in my all trips. The hospitality with amazing service and they do have a secret smell in the lobby I do know the name. But I'll keep it to myself only Indeed great staff from the door man till the management. And the housekeepers they are so perfect in details Wish them more of success and all the best. I do recommend them by all means

My daughter and I had an AMAZING overnight stay at the hotel thanks to the care and attention of all staff. In the last 12 months, I've stayed in 3 different 5 stars hotels in GVA and the Four Seasons is by far the best. I'm truly overwhelmed by excellence customer service of the staff they made our stay extra special. Facilities are wonderful: gym and pool in particular are state of the art. Excellent with kids.

Absolutely the most beautiful Hotel, eaten in both the main restaurant and the Bar restaurant, just excellent and the staff are too. Feel very welcome and comfortable, not stuffy at all. Looking forward to going again and trying the Roof Top Japanese restaurant too, looks amazing
