Somehow, I didn't get rid of the feeling that the lion was designed for more guests. the spaces were empty, except that one dining room, which was however angenehem and noble from the ambiente! with 2 persons in kitchen and service you cannot use 20-30 guests in time. In addition, the waiter was again and again in the smoke break, which also occurred to our table neighbor. even this cannot be if you have to wait longer for the feeds and ordered. service therefore, light lack. with 2 people in service certainly better.Kitchen so far in order. but also here, mängel in der Qualitäts, meat pieces partly still raw, stroganoff taste not really hit. menu selection unfortunately too spersome and no classics.Weinkarte also rather minimalist, spirits selection also not available, which one can expect on this level.
To four we enjoyed an excellent dinner. lisa pampered us with her exquisite delicacies. christoph served discreetly and made us taste the fresh products from the region. the menu is not very large, but it is something delicious for everyone. so much to eat. the device (including a motorcycle in the restaurant) is not taste for everyone. the rest is however decorated with a lot of love for detail.Since we first dined in the lion the chef has shown us the kitchen. modern, clean and generous.We liked it. the lions we can highly recommend!
I was in the lion for the fourth time and it was once again excellent. the ambiente is perfectly tuned and it just fits everything together. eating is an experience every time, you realize that the kitchen works with a lot of heart blood. same I can also say from the service, you feel very well removed. I'll be back!
