Imagine strolling through the streets of Ruidoso on a sunny summer morning, searching for something sweet and refreshing. That's exactly what happened to me when I discovered this charming little spot. I was lucky to notice it as the sun was shining down on me. While the selection may not be as extensive as some other dessert places, this actually allows them to focus their energy on the quality of their offerings. It certainly enhanced my walk and my experience in the city. It’s a great family-friendly place that satisfies my sweet tooth whenever I'm in the area, especially with their mouthwatering treats. I grew up in Ruidoso, and we never really had a place like this where we could hang out. So, it was fantastic when they opened! I love going there. I've been away for a while, but whenever my partner and I are in town, we always make an effort to stop by. I really appreciate the many options available and how incredibly clean the place is!

I would give this place zero stars if I could, but that's not an option. It took me 30 minutes to receive a single Boba drink that should have only taken 30 seconds to prepare. Many other customers received their orders before mine, which is absurd. My sister ordered a shake, and the frozen yogurt was gritty. Plus, it took over 30 minutes to arrive.

As a co-worker of this company, I feel super well to bring my baby here. he has food allergies, and I also think that cleanliness is important in a food business. for these reasons there are many places that I do not feel comfortable taking him, but we always have a great time with simple sugars because there are many possibilities for him and I know that the owners take cleanliness extremely seriously. I also love that the hired are happy, hits from behind for my son and bring someone else with allergies, so I know that they have touched nothing else on the jumping rod. I like working there and have been a happy customer for years.

As a local that works near this establishment, I make frequent trips for myself and my family. It is evident that cleanliness, quality, and customer service is taken seriously here. The colors in design, music, and games create such a fun and comfortable atmosphere for families and friends. In addition to the delicious snacks, I have come to especially enjoy making a miniature work of art out of my frozen yogurt bowl and the many toppings available.
