K-bob's Steak House Ruidoso

The server was incredibly attentive! I ordered the sirloin with grilled summer veggies and fried green chile, and everything was absolutely delicious. I cleaned my plate without a second thought. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender. I was initially worried about the slight redness in the meat, as I prefer it more well done, but it tasted fantastic!

This is the kBob plate, paid a little extra for a 2nd kbob. Meat just didn't seem like it had much flavor. Great service clean environment.

They have a great atmosphere and loved the live music playing while we ate. They were very busy but the turn around on tables was amazing. The food was good.

My wife coveted some nostalgia, her grandfather took the family to K-Bobs when she was a child, so we visited when we were in the city. Service was good. The food was fresh and fast. I was surprised how many people were there for lunch. My daughter chose the salad bar and had many options she enjoyed. I had the chicken steak and it wasn't disappointed.

The food was excellent, and the salad bar was outstanding. However, our waiter was not attentive at all. He never came over to check if everything was alright. We had to flag him down every time we needed something.
