Ordered Uber eats from the restaurant 2 waffles. The estimated delivery was 7pm 7:20pm however this was 1 hour 10 after I ordered. It didn’t arrive till nearly 8pm so over 2 hours after I ordered. I had to call twice to find out what was happened, the restaurant said they were busy. When the driver arrived they said it was because they had no drivers. Disappointed with the food, Costco sugar waffles with times spray cream and limited toppings not worth the money at all! Today, we visited the restaurant to ask if my 9-year-old daughter could use the restroom. The lady working there replied that it was for customers only. We were customers and regularly placed orders for takeout, so I was surprised by her response, especially since my daughter had just been discharged from the hospital after a 4-day stay due to a kidney infection. You never know what people are going through, and it is important to show kindness, especially to children. Despite the lady's refusal, I sent my daughter to use the restroom. We enjoy coffee and cake at this restaurant most days. The staff is very friendly and the coffee and food are excellent. This is one of our favorite spots on our recent trip from Australia. Overall, we give the service, food quality, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Prices are reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10 per person for a meal, typically enjoyed as brunch.
