Not happy. A group of 12 of us came today. Most were walking and had drinks. But some wanted Hot Drinks, only to be told. None available at all. No coffee or tea. Surely in this day and age hot drinks should always be available. Next time I will bring a flask.

A real find! Vegetarian AND dog friendly. Food was fantastic, service was brilliant, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Unable to fault. Just wish that we had discovered it earlier. Top marks all round. Will be back.

Great lunchtime sandwiches lovely fresh bread and excellent selection of fillings. Well presented and friendly service.

We booked Sunday lunch for 3 of us, hoping for great things after reading the reviews. How disappointed we were. The vegetables were frozen and tasteless apart from the carrots. Roast potatoes were frozen and anaemic, yorkshire pud raw in the middle, overdone on outside. Meat edible but not pink. Definitely not worth the money. No one came to table to check if everything was ok. We won’t be returning.

A gem of a pub in a lovely village and a bonus it is dog friendly! Great atmosphere! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Sunday lunches are excellent and very good value. All the food is excellent!
