Bucho's Mexican Bar Grill - Ruskin

I am utterly shocked; the taco and quesadilla I received were the most disappointing I’ve ever encountered. The food was overwhelmingly salty, to the point where I had to spit it out. The quesadilla was essentially a taco without any toppings and wasn’t even pressed. I’m completely let down. I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times before, but it’s clear that something has changed—perhaps they need a new cook. This meal was the worst experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Ruskin has a serious lack of good Mexican food; this establishment is definitely on my list of places to avoid. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant anymore.

Bucho’s is our top choice for delicious Mexican food! The ambiance is fantastic, and every meal we have there is delightful!

I recently ordered flour tortillas and chips with salsa, and I have to say the salsa is excellent. It's perfectly balanced—not too spicy and not too sweet.

I really wanted to appreciate this place from the reviews I've read that it's about a week since I had a really good burrito from California, they would think I know a good burrito! I just wanted a burrito with any kind of meat in this case cilantro, swirling and a really good salsa. I'm not picky, I'm taking salate, tomato, acidic. I looked at the menu and thought I'd just get a chicken burrito, I didn't even think what was in it. I thought it was mexican, but this restaurant cares the local floridians. ok. so again, I call to order a huh burrito, and the herr says they want it california style? I assume like a California burrito with fries and avocado, at this time my mouth is watered and in a quick answer I say, yes! what I really get. a chicken burrito with large pieces tomato, paprika, swirling and mushrooms. get that. the California style meant wet burrito adding béchamel with a green salsa above. I just couldn't.
