Heard about Prairie Street Pub's Brunch in small town USA, Russell, Iowa, It proved to be tasteful dining. There were six in our party, and two of the couples were returning. Now we know why! The Prime rib Hoagie had been highly recommended. To our disappointment, they had run out. But there were plenty of tempting dishes on the menu. Today, we all choose sandwiches. From the Carolina Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken Hoagie, French Dip, and the Southwest Nachos. Amazing food! The Pub was clean and enough seating for a good crowd. NOW, we know why the Prairie Street Pub is popular among foodies.
