Arby's - Russellville

I ordered 3 meals my total was $27.22 (i paid in cash) one of my meals was a fish battle. it was cold! I called her, she was rude about the phone. terrible service, manager with blonde hair was rude! So when she went to reimburse my order, she wanted to put it on a gift card. I said I didn't pay any money and I want money back! then when she refunds my money. then she tried to charge me 2.17 for a med soda that was irrigated below. again I said I didn't leave my cup on the counter and went out!

Eating was surprisingly good for a chain. had the brisket sandwich, very tasty.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and eating was never a disappointment. the prices are a little high for what I spend on almost food is everything.

The young people who work here are always polite and professional! eating is too good. the smokehouse glasses was DEEEE-LICIOUS!???

I always enjoy their Reuben. I have eaten there Market Fresh Reuben for years now, and I can easily say that it has never disappointed. I also enjoy the option now of being able to get crinkle cut fries with my meal.It is disappointing they don’t have onion rings anymore.
