As I understand it, this place is somewhat of a landmark in Russellville. It has been serving the community for quite some time. I know Mr. Dodson, and he has been talking about the Dipper since he was a kid, which means this establishment has likely been around for about 70 years. Darrell is quite old, you see. The service was exceptional, and the chocolate milkshake was the best I’ve had since my visit to Snell's Pharmacy in Snellville, GA. That's saying something! The Dipper managed to transport me back to my hometown without me ever leaving the parking lot. The prices are incredibly low, and I definitely need to return. A chocolate milkshake is just what you need on a hot day. Make sure to stop by and treat yourself to one! Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
