Bojangles - Russellville

Was my first time ever and the food was delicious her breakfast is pretty good.

Chicke Sandwich: I think it was in the warmer, for the time it was dried out and not very good at all. Friends were good. Workers were friendly.

These bojangles are consistently good. We eat here almost every time we go through. Staff always smiles and the chicken is up there with Popeyes!

My order was grounded and didn't recognize it until we left home. I called, they apologised and told me that next time I was in the area to look over again and they would do it right. A week later, I went and they did as promised. They also gave my dog a treat. I only have complaint that they no longer have the bo sauce, which is the best part of Bojangles

Ordered 12 bo berry biscuits and they were very good looking. Each one was glazed and I was told they were all fresh and soft. I was a bit disappointed that the store was out of pimento cheese for the chicken sandwich. The facilities appeared clean and the place was tidy. No complaints here.
