McDonald's - Russellville

I went thru the drive thru at 20:30 Saturday sept 28. They were out of diet coke. Not good. I ordered my mcsandwich stuff but when I got to the window to pickup my food the guy was picking his nose and eating his mcburger. This place is nasty and should be closed down. I will never visit this nasty place ever. What a nasty place

There were no cashiers when we arrived there, had to wait 15min until our pancakes warm up while we saw that dinge would happen, workers would touch his shoes (the floor was not clean, mess with his hair, then go eat, customers who took a bite, found it missing and obviously they had run out, and not even said he left his money. the cakes tasted great!

Since Covid the service has been awful. I picked up $30 worth of food for dinner. I used the app and it took forever. Then I had to call them and have some nuggets brought out that they forgot so I got to wait even longer. Then I get home and pass out the food and the 2 burgers were not even close to what I ordered and they didn’t even have the condiments right. Plus the fries were only half full. What the heck happened to people that took pride in the job they get paid to do. I’m no McDonald’s worker but even I know the difference in a regular hamburger with ketchup only and the McDouble with cheese and all the fixings on it. It cost way too much to have employees fix it how ever they want. So tired of it and am done wasting money on McDonald’s ?

I HIGHLY do NOT reccomend working at this McDonald’s!!! My fiancé worked there very very recently and it was fine at first, he was supposed to work there as a full time employee. It quickly went from 40 hours a week to 30 hours a week to about 20-25 hours a week, that is absoloutely not full time. Not only that but they didn’t put him on the schedule for a week more than once and when he tried to contact a manager, no one answered and when he finally got to speak to a manager they said they “forgot.” Well today we just got word that he was fired, because apparently he was trying to steal an apple juice, mind you apple juices are less than a dollar. He was not trying to steal it, he was throwing it away because it fell on the floor. Not only that but no manager told him he was fired, he heard it from someone who no longer even worked there. Management sucks and they’re not helpful at all.

The staff was amazing, all of them. They were more than helpful. I will stay there every time I'm in the area!!! Breakfast was awesome...we were there for my sister's surgery and the staff was just wonderful with all we had going on and they didn't even know how much it meant.
