Subway - Russellville

Great customer service! defend them to this, instead of the one of mcdonald’s.

Walmart subway is very nice and helpful people. One on 43 is lacking in customer service

Normaly nicw but the last two times I came in noone was in the store..... Kinda like right now... 10:45 am kinda just been standing here for 5 min now

Since new ownership they don't participate in any online promotions

I usually love this Subway in the Walmart in Russellville ,Al. But today was a disappointment My grandson ordered a foot long ,vegetarian , There were two workers ,One stood at the cash reg.and call the worker from the back. They didn't listen to the order, the worker making the sub just barely put anything on the sub . Then instead of toasting the bread first he toasted it after everything was on. Making the spinach taste wilted and the lettuce .Very disappointed. We were there today at 2pm on Saturday April.23 2023
