Taco Bell - Russellville

I mean, it's Taco Bell, what did you expect in terms of food? The service was pretty fast and our order was complete and accurate.

On August 18th, 2022 at 6:30 pm, all employees should be fired. My companions and I were the only customers in the restaurant, and all the tables were dirty. The employees were standing around and goofing off instead of cleaning. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned multiple times, and even then, they only cleaned the other tables. The floor was also covered in food and debris. The food we received was cold and the soft dishes were hard. Overall, our experience at The Load on Elmira in Russellville, AR was very disappointing.

I have specific restaurants I go to for certain things, and this is my favorite place for tacos and burritos! Just a heads up about the Diablo sauce... it packs a punch. A big one.

We had a very nice and very quiet time to eat. the workers who prepare our order very quickly and prepare for us!

Food was good went through to drive through got the food out in a timely manner
