They showed a screenshot of a previous order and inquired about how they had placed it just a few days before. I received my 15 pieces of food, but the rest of the order was all mixed up, and nothing was included as I had requested. The evidence suggests that ordering through Mr. D-Food is more efficient than visiting the restaurant in person.
Customers who place online orders seem to expect to be prioritized over those who are in the restaurant, which creates a lot of confusion.
Service was super slow today. Cashier said because she is new. Drive through was closed
We were third in line at the drive-through and ended up waiting over 20 minutes, just for some slushies. At least the slushies were delicious, but the long wait after 8 PM really got to me.
Iw was at this kfc about 9 times and 5 times my order was wrong, the eating and service is great though
