Rotolos Craft Crust - Ruston

Just wow! We stumbled upon this amazing restaurant while visiting the peach festival, and it did not disappoint. Despite the crew being short-staffed, the level of customer service remained exceptional. This has become one of my favorite spots for pizza-style meals; the sauce was fantastic and perfectly balanced—not too sour at all. Just like the pictures, the food was impeccable. The team's response and attentiveness made our experience incredibly enjoyable. A big shoutout to the manager who actively engages with customers rather than just giving orders from an office. We can't thank everyone enough for their hard work, especially from us here in Monroe. We will definitely return, especially for the diverse menu options that cater to health-conscious diners. And those truffles? Absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the energy of the staff remained high despite the rush. We will absolutely be back!

I had lunch at 2 PM, and the waitress was incredibly friendly and seemed to be managing everything on her own. There was a long wait for the pizza, even though the restaurant didn't seem very busy. However, when it finally arrived, it was hot and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back!

We love this place, every time we're in town we try to visit. The craft beer selection is phenomenal-lots of IPAs, porters, stouts more. There'a a full bar, so wines mixed drinks are available. The service is always good and the pizzas are wonderful. They have vegan crust and sauce, and you can choose from the large menu or make your own. They've got deep dish and thin crust along with the regular. Definitely go try it.

Rotolo has continued to improve over time. In terms of customer service, I can confidently say that during my many visits, I've never encountered any issues. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy working there! When it comes to the food, I am usually very satisfied. On the rare occasions I wasn't, any concerns were quickly addressed. I know there can be a lot of debates about pizza, but I believe they need to understand that their unique style of cooking sets them apart from chain restaurants. I really appreciate that they don't offer vegan meat options, as it allows me to indulge guilt-free. This place is perfect for pizza and spaghetti toppings—not yet for calzones or specialty pizzas, though it's the only local spot I've found that offers such a variety. So, hats off to Rotolo!

I ate here at least half a dozen times, it's always consistently good. Your pizzas are very good! My favorite is Uncle Tony (Add Chicken). Good tap list and the servers are always on point. Recommend this place safely.
