Southern Classic Chicken - Ruston

I just came to the city that came out of dallas with my 18-month grand. I checked the southern classic and wanted my customers to jerk. I went in and ordered a five piece mixed (leg and wing) plus pommes pfeffer. I didn't ask the wing legs, nor the pommes. I called a man, but no answer. When I get them, they say they bring food back. that's so messed up! I guess no more south for me!

Southern Classic in Ruston, LA was not a great experience this time. When I asked for a bag, I got a response that was unhelpful. I requested a bag along with a box, but that was a struggle, and the staff clearly needs training in customer interaction. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide any ketchup or napkins. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. My visit was on 10/12/21 at around 5:50 PM.

I visited this restaurant about 5 or 6 times last year, and each time I promised myself I wouldn't return. I kept hoping the service would improve and that the food would be as good as it is in Farmerville. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed every single time. My orders are never correct, and I end up being charged for things I didn't get.

I recently ordered a meal that included roasted carrots and gravy. When it arrived, I received rice and some kind of strange dish, but my vegetables were undercooked. What happened? Everything should be cooked properly!

Called for white chicken. Person did not know the price. Got a 15 piece in the past for a little over $22 but seems they have raised the prices. Now 16 piece is either $26 (only chicken) or $32 depending on the one you go to. Jonesboro is $32, Ruston is $26 but both were unsure. This is good chicken BUT you wait a long time for what is fast food and it is HIGH as $32 for 8 breast and 8 wings is $3 for each breast and $1 for each WING. Believe me you can get hungry eating their wings and go broke too. Like I said this is good chicken but their days are numbered because sorry service, long waits will not keep them in business no matter how good the chicken is. They will short you on pieces and give you a hard time if you say anything. They have raised the price on the 15 piece to $32 from $23 and only added one wing. UP almost 50% is taking advantage of their customers. This business needs to disappear for absolutely NO customer appreciation at all.
