Utility Brewing Company - Ruston

Pretty cool place. Somewhat limited selection, but what is there is good. The lunch special was a pretty great deal. Manager and I talked for a bit when it was slow, and it's very clear that the people who run it actually care about their product.

Great pizza, great beer, and very nice staff. Absolutely loved everything. Will def go back again.

Our favorite place to eat in Ruston. Always excellent atmosphere and food. Although we've tried most everything on the menu, out favorite is the American Dream pizza!

Delicious! We loved our pizzas. The blackberry drink (I forgot the actual name) was desert in a glass, so good. Our waitress was really friendly polite. We will be back real soon

We waited 18 mintues at the bar and not one person asked us if we wanted a water,drink or food. We will not return.
