We really enjoy this restaurant, but we've stopped going because there isn't a single vegetarian entree available for me. I'm tired of being told that I can just choose a side or a salad as my meal. I get that it's a steakhouse, but is it too much to ask for at least one vegetarian option? My family loves steak, but you've lost our business since you're not willing to provide even a simple, low-effort dish like risotto.

The service was another highlight of my visit. The staff was prompt and attentive, responding quickly to any questions or requests. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor greatly enhanced my overall experience. However, I did find the atmosphere slightly lacking. While I appreciated the cozy vibe, I found it a bit too dark for my liking. Personally, I prefer a brighter setting when dining out, but that's just my taste and it certainly didn't diminish the quality of the meal or the service. Overall, Southside Steakhouse provided a memorable dining experience with fantastic food and attentive service.
