We had to pre-order our meals for 18:30, but it took approximately 15 minutes to get our drinks and the food didn't arrive until around 7 o'clock. I ordered the chili and rice, but it lacked flavor and only tasted like chili powder and dry mint. The rest of the party also found their dishes underwhelming - the scampi was soggy, the portion sizes were small, and the seafood platter was disappointing. When we inquired about dessert options, we were presented with a limited choice and even then only 2 out of the 3 options were available. It was a disappointing experience overall, especially for a party of 8 on a Friday evening. We ended up skipping dessert and left feeling let down by the meal.
After discovering this restaurant on TripAdvisor, we made a reservation through Instagram. The staff was extremely accommodating to our elderly relative, providing a ramp for easy access and seating near the entrance. The service was cheerful, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and served quickly. Overall, a great spot for lunch in Malton's marketplace.
This small, charming restaurant offers exceptional service and delicious food. My partner raved about the burger, calling it the best he's ever had. I tried the chili and it was fantastic! I highly recommend this lovely restaurant.
Totro one has such a good opportunity to make a run in the foods in malton, and I think it would just need some small steps in some cases. location is brittle, beautifully decorated in the city, great atmosphere. service was efficient,...warm and friendly. what is it down there is eating and maybe it's just me, but sometimes it's less. (I know that some people like to go out and 'get stuffed', but that's not for me) mozzarrella taucher beautiful, but serve them with a really nice diving sauce, they are really dry otherwise. lasagna huge part, but it was really a herbed minze in pasta no tomato sauce and small bechamel sauce. it had no color that meant that it saw and tasted as if it had been heated. my partner hähnchenburger was boiled and again, it was huge. He said it was really good, but he just didn't eat the middle. the wine list is limited. I would love that to be a “going” place in the city, but it is not quite there for me. to his own.
Had a lovely afternoon here at my sister in laws baby shower . The afternoon tea was great very full now . The venue was perfect , food was delicious and staff very accommodating
