Crustys Newcastle - Ryton

I never had a problem with this restaurant until last night. My order was missing chips and the Kebab meat was awful. I understand that Kebab meat can be greasy, but this was drenched in grease and the meat was paper-thin, making it even worse. Despite the stormy weather, I tipped the delivery guy extra for braving the elements, but he didn't shut the gate as requested. If I decide to order from here again (unlikely), I will not be leaving a tip.

Used crustys for years ordeeed delivery tonight as I’m ill told 45/1 hour I rang after an hour and half to be told on way/ hours later came to door food cold. I rang was told they could make new food but would be long wait or free order next time I said drop my refund back off he said pack food back up. My autistic son kicked off as was hungry he had his rest went in bin waste of £30 that kind of attitude I’ll go elsewhere.

Disgusting. The kebab meat was raw, pale, and not cooked properly.

Disgusting food. Waited over an hour for delivery. Pizza was soggy and tasteless, meat didn’t taste like meat more like rubber. Waffle was rock hard and like cardboard. Stomach is now suffering from the food.

The food is not bad, a bit greasy. The chips and pizza are good, as well as the greasy burgers. The chicken burger is quite good and the overall experience is alright.
