Arby's In Russell Spr

Came thru today and the guy working drive thru was hateful and rude as can be.

Last week, my wife and I came here and ordered 2 meals, one with crinkle fries and one with curly fries, and I asked for horsey sauce for my roast beef. We got 2 crinkle fries and arby sauce. Ok, we are all human, and mistakes happen....Yesterday, we went back, and I saw that the potato cakes were back! I was totally excited about that as I had always loved them! My wife had never had them, so I was equally excited for her to try them! We ordered a number 14 with potato cakes with a large diet and a number 2, double with potato cakes and a large diet. The bill was $24.00 and change!! As if that wasn't bad enough, there were no napkins or sauces in the bags, and the potato cakes were soggy, cold, and greasy to the point that they were not edible! I could have gone to a nice sit-down restaurant for less money, better service, and better food! Nope... I won't be eating at Arby's anymore.

I don't know if all of the Arby's have changed the way they have starting cutting the roast beef, but this visit was horrible. The roast beef is usually very thinned slice and this time, it was too think. So if this is the way the roast beef will be from now on, I will not eat there anymore.

As always Arby 's comes through, you always , bring the BEEF

I'm partial to the Greek Gyros, very delicious as is the curly fries.
