Taco Bell - S Hwy Hwy Russell Springs

I want though Russell Springs drive thur and the food was cold for my order that I order and my cousin order he order too was

Passing thru, ordered Deluxe Cravings Boxes (3 of them) no one said they didn't have the items in the boxes so I'm not sure why they would still sell them to us. We got regular crunchy tacos and cinna twist with what I'm assuming was supposed to be a beefy 5 layer but mostly just cheese and beef. Just take it off the menu if you can't fill the order please!! Went thru all that, 30 mins out of the way in hopes of getting the nacho fries absolute disappointment. These are the reasons Taco Bells have bad names.

Decent food but can be somewhat pricey depending on how many you are

Got their ordered 12 supreme tacos on the taco box within 5 minutes I get home open them up a third of them have literally no meat$44 later next time I'll go to

It was late, and I decided to grab a bite to eat. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito and specifically asked for chicken, but I received ground beef instead. I requested no sour cream on the tacos, but they came with it anyway. I also asked for no sour cream on the burritos, yet it was still included. The chicken quesadilla was particularly disappointing, containing only three pieces of chicken. Overall, my experience was underwhelming. Typically, the food is much better during the day. Additionally, the person at the drive-thru seemed to be rushing me throughout the entire order process. Perhaps focusing more on quality and accuracy rather than speed would improve the experience.
