Staple Sandwich Company

Craving focaccia bread and as luck would have it, all of their sandwiches are served using it. I tried the Cuban and the pasta salad, which were both great. The highlight was probably the pasta salad since I don’t expect much but it had so much flavor, great texture, and was the perfect side for the Cuban.

This was quite a surprise. Traveling west on I-20, we were looking for a good sandwich. There were plenty of franchises but we decided on Staple. It is a couple of miles off the road and we'll worth it. We didn't realize it was a food truck until we got there. No problem. Plenty of tables where you can eat. The sandwich was excellent and do not leave without a cookie! If they have a off menu item, it very likely will be very good. I'll be back

I'm obsessed w their pasta salad. The lemonade and pimento sandwich are also fantastic. Service is fast and friendly. Will come back time and time again.

Drove through on my way from Dallas to Atlanta. BEST sandwich I've had in America. They make their bread fresh and it reminds me so much of focaccia i had in Europe. Such a hidden gem!! Going to stop every time on my drives now : They were also extremely nice!!
