Ramen Cubed - S Main St, Willits

Kind of wished there were more than three scallops but I placed my order super close to closing so how much can I really complain lol. Taste wise food was phenomenal as usual.

My husband really liked his Scallop Ramen. I ordered the Vegan Tonkotsu, and it seems like putting something vegan on the menu was simply an obligation. The fake pork made some of it unbearable salty. Noodles were undercooked (doubtful there were made in house which I'd expect for the price) and the roasted vegetables were so mushy they couldn't be picked up with chopsticks. They also forgot an item.

Wonderful food fresh, flavorful, and well prepared! I love the tapas plates with any of their proteins and the tontasku ramen is delicous.

Its a spin on ramen: not my preference. The pork belly had some type of cinnamon flavor to me. The Kid bowl is def kid sized but I think a little too pricey for what it is.
