Bruegger's Bagels - S San Diego

Had very good experiences with this location. Only 2 times my order had mistakes where the sausage patty in my breakfast sandwich was missing, but I submitted a survey and got credit in my account. Very nice employees. This location though is now permanently closed and will be replaced with a new store.

Update. This person is still here. Her name is Jessica. She has a very dirty uniform, hair is everywhere.It poses a hazard to get into the food.One Female has the worst attitude. Horrible customer service. Also this person has a very dirty uniform.Tells me if I park she will towe me. I am a customer trying to buy a coffee... I won't say her name because I would like her to correct her behavior

Went in yesterday morning to grab a quick snack. Right when I walked in I was greeted by a handsome young man named Asiel. He was very dedicated while some other workers were just talking but that’s beside the point. It was my first time trying out this place, he recommended the smoked salmon bagel. He was definitely the bagel expertise. The texture of it when I was chewing it was extravagant (pause). 10/10 ??

It was Tuesday morning, and I rarely go out to eat bagels but I decided why not and went into this bagel shop, only to be met with one of the best customer service I have seen in such a long time. Ever since me and my wife got divorced during the covid pandemic things have been difficult for me, I was also fired from my job at a liquor store for quote drop kicking a baby in its mother 's arms. like how is it gonna stare me down like that and not expect to catch these hands. But enough about me back to the customer service, the person behind the counter was if I remember correctly ASIEL, he was very friendly, and I appreciate the dedication he put into my bagel. I asked him if I could have it for free but like the good employee he is he said, I can 't do that sir. not gonna lie I was about to jump over the counter and drop kick him right there since he was by himself for refusing my offer, but I let it slide. When I bit into the bagel it was exemplary, I 'd never had anything like it, I think it was the smoked salmon bagel. I wanted to go buy another one but since I had lost my job, I couldn 't afford it, so I grabbed a bag of chips which I didn 't pay for from the front and walked out, 5 stars.

Seriously a Bruegger’s Bagels in California! The best bagels ever!
