Told me my total, then told me hold on when I passed him my car, then made me reverse 10 feet?When I pulled up again he went into asking me about sauces, but I said if we’re going to restart this, restart from the top (as in, tell me my total and repeat my order).Weird weird weird.
Purchased a Western bacon burger requested lettuce and tomato. They charge 35 cents for a small slice of tomato and 35 cents for a wilted piece of lettuce. The burger base
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We spent 4 hours in Kaiser ER. We were starving so we went to Carls Junior. The guy working the drive throug window was talking so fast and mumbling that we couldn’t understand him. We said sorry we didn’t understand you. He said you don’t have to talk to me like that and you can just leave now. So we left and ordered our food at Jack in the Box up the street. He should be fired, as he was so extremely rude. There is no reason to be like that in his position. Terrible customer service. I’ll never go back. 11/5/2023
In the hospitality industry, customer service rules. That was the case here Lorna in the drive thru made our day. She was very sweet, well mannered, and kind. I don't know what kind of day she was having, but her pleasant personality shone through.
Had the limited Salted Caramel Shake and was surprisingly good. Not too sweet nor salty.
