Chipotle Mexican Grill - S San Diego

This location is very dirty. There was clutter on every empty table. The floors were in bad shape. Not to mention the drink station. The customer service is collectively poor BOH, cashiers and the line. They def need training on customer service skills because they had plenty of staff on the clock therefore their horrible service cannot be blamed on exhaustion from being understaffed.

This was my first time coming inside this chipotle and the customer service was bad/unprofessional. When we first walked in they was just all staring at us and the two girls at the beginning was just talking and looked at us and continued talking so we waited a few seconds till they finished talking to help us out. We picked the ingredients we wanted in our bowls and the girl that was bagging ask us something but we didn’t really hear her and she was just standing there and I said that’s all and she angrily slid our bag to us. Also, we couldn’t hear a thing the cashier was saying. Lastly, their drink station/utensil station was just a big mess. Overall, my first time experience was bad.

I visited this location for the first time while shopping in the area. Unfortunately, the serving size was significantly smaller compared to other nearby locations. When I requested additional rice, the employee simply closed the bowl and pushed it toward the register without addressing my concerns. I won't be returning to this location in the future; instead, I'll opt to drive across town to my usual Chipotle. Photos provided are when I first removed the top cover. Both bowls were poorly prepared.

There is a perception that some employees are completely unwilling to do their jobs

I hate that this is my nearest location and i keep trying but today I am done for good. They make a huge pan of meat and it sits on the line all day until its gone. By the end of the day its dry and gross. I understand cutting food cost but this is wrong. You ask when new food is coming and they already have a pan pre made in back waiting for in refrigerated for who knows how long. Nothing is ever fresh and the line is always dirty with cross contamination. One day someone is going to get seriously sick.
