Church's Chicken - S San Diego

After walking two miles to get this food I ordered a combo meal of spicy chicken with fries and a extra biscuit. I have had churches since I lived in GA so o was really excited.the chicken was great but the biscuits were dry and I didn’t get my fries. Normally I just call and see if I can come back the next day. No one is picking up the phone.

I know that they're always super busy. But I think if they took a little bit more time to take a person's order. They would have less complaints instead of assuming that everybody already knows how the menu goes and what they're getting when they order. Could have done without the eye-rolling. And attitude And they never asked me if I wanted it mixed. Just assumed that I wanted legs and thighs. But the food is good so I will give them one more try.

Customer service is a hit or miss at this location. Mostly miss, but the food makes up for it.

Possibly the worst place to buy food, the health measures in general of the establishment are disgusting

Staff on Friday Feb 2nd were awesome and chicken was amazing. Lots of orders and they were friendly and fast.
