Liz Taco Catering San Diego

Liz cocina was a hit for my 50th Birthday celebration! Top cuts of chicken, carnitas, carne asada, pork and fish! All was well seasoned! Im hispanic and i feel its hard to find good Spanish rice. Liz hit the bullseye it was delicious! Beans, homemade tortillas and salsas where top notch! To top it off the agua frescas Jamaica and horchata enough said total hit on my day! Don't waste your time with anyone else! I booked Liz Cocina 6 months in advance and her communication was spot on! Don't forget to call Liz and order her tamales during the holidays they are to die for i will be calling Liz again for future parties!

I am very glad i hire them for my event, i wasn't dissapointed. The food was very good and the attention of the work team was perfect always taking care of what we needed. I will have them in mind for my next event.
