On several occasions this location has not had the items we have ordered but don’t communicate it until we discover that they are missing after waiting 30+ minutes for a call ahead order. The last time we ordered a salad, chicken and cheese bread. We were charged for the salad but didn’t receive it. When we asked about the salad we were told they didn’t have any lettuce? That could have been communicated when we arrived to pick up the order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes earlier. When we opened the chicken, the pieces were so tiny we ended up cooking more at home (kind of defeats the purpose of ordering out. Apologies? None... We had to wait for a manager (who acted inconvenienced to refund the $10+ tax. Like we should just move along without our order…
I visited Marcos on Hwy 96 for the first time on June 5 and had a wonderful experience. Being my first time and undecided, the young man at the register recommended the pizza on special. He was very kind and helpful. He also gave us coupons and a to go menu to use for our next visit. The manager on duty was also very friendly. Great customer service is rare. Thank you Marcos for great service!
First time having their pizza. The pizza was great. The driver was fantastic. The price was cheaper than I thought. Definitely my new pizza go to.
Arrived and placed a carry out order for a small pizza and salad. Sat there for 20 minutes and noticed a pizza that had been sitting on the warmer a while. Sure enough, it was mine. I still wouldn't have it if I hadn't stood up when I noticed a girl in the back clear her order board. That's when of the 4-5 people working, a girl asks me if I was the small deluxe. No, they were not busy. I was the only in-store customer the whole time! SORRY customer service! The pizza was cold and the worst ever!
Delivery took 2hrs. They said 35-40mins. Had to feed my kids something else. Not fun.
