She was like you can stay there (yelling like we are kids! . They are at the 4th floor temporarily and one of the workers is rude. Not coming back and will order online!! Maybe looking into different coffee options.
Bad experience purchasing pods today at the Nespresso boutique on the 3rd floor of Bloomingdale’s. Not sure why the free sample can not have water added like offered at literally every every other nespresso boutique. Instead insisting that the “free” sample can only be an espresso shot and that they are not a coffee shop.I can only assume that no fault of her own, sales associate Dahmar was subjected to inadequate training by Bloomingdale’s or it’s a long standing policy by Nespresso that most employees at other locations chose to ignore. Would not be surprising given that Nespresso’s parent company Nestle has a CEO famously quoted as saying “Water is not a human right.” While minor, I hope other locations in the San Diego service have better sample service in line with other nespresso boutiques or alternatively there’s purchasing the Pete’s pods from Costco.
Total Disapointment. They took away Nespresso Boutique. Just have a couple stations of Old coffe machines models.
Horrible experience no customer service.I rather go to UTC.
The Website should have written about“DO NOT ACCEPT CASH” long time waiting the line for not accept cash, also I back home so frustrated without coffee.Definitely never will come back!
