Absolutely amazing. First time here and I can't wait to go back. The owners are amazing, atmosphere gorgeous. Easy to get too. My favorite is the decor. One of my most favorite pictures from national geographic is the beautiful green eyed women and its beautifully painted. You walk in and smell all the fresh spices. I got two cherry blossom hot teas and it was something different but perfection
We stopped in for dessert. We had the ferni and sheer berenj, coffee and chai black tea. They brought us a small plate for our little one to have her own. Everything was amazing and we have been trying to figure out how to make time to go back here while we are in town on a short trip. Really hopeful we do, the smells from the kitchen were great and the restaurant felt very peaceful.
The chicken kabob with the kofta is my favorite and forever a classic. The aromatics, spices, and flavors work so well together and flavor always explodes in the best way. The rice is cooked perfectly and meat is tender. The best part of my meal is the Ferni custard which is to die for! I have tried to make it at home but it never comes out as yummy as Pamir's. You will leave with a full and happy tummy!
Pamir Kabob House is my favorite spot for Middle Eastern food. The Pamir special, apricot stew, and cherry stew are always perfect. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Highly recommend!
